Senior Production Planning and Control Specialist

We are seeking an experienced production planning and control specialist to coordinate the production planning and control process, ensuring timely delivery of products and maintaining high-quality standards.

About the Role
  1. Create and execute work orders for all sub-assemblies and finished goods, utilizing resources efficiently and minimizing delays.
  2. Maintain regular communication with Warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution of kitting activities and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  3. Implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) for all sub-assemblies, adhering to quality and safety standards.
  4. Track and execute Maintenance of Operations (MO) activities, ensuring timely completion and minimizing downtime.
  5. Manage a healthy First Article Test Procedure (FATP) Work-in-Progress (WIP) level, facilitating efficient production and reducing lead times.
  6. E nsure customer commitments are met without gaps, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  7. Monitor and maintain achievement rates as per plans, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  8. Conduct daily meetings with Cross Functional Team (CFT) members to discuss losses and address issues promptly.
