Job Description:

This role involves the development and implementation of strategies to optimize financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Key responsibilities include managing financial performance metrics, analyzing and reporting on cost trends, and developing and managing budgets and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost control, financial management, and accounting, with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience preferably in the copper industry or manufacturing sector.

Key skills required for this role include:

  • Cost Control: Strong ability to develop and implement effective cost control strategies to optimize financial performance
  • Financial Management: Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills to manage financial performance metrics
  • Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership and team management skills to lead cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Qualifications: BCOM+MCOM/MBA/CA/ICWA (Finance) or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in cost control, financial management, and accounting, preferably in the copper industry or manufacturing sector
