Job Overview

 

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic automation initiatives to enhance Group security.
  • Collaborate with businesses to identify security technology requirements and automate processes accordingly.
  • Design and lead diagnostic tests to assess security process maturity and identify areas for improvement.
  • Technology Innovation
  • Create policy frameworks and performance metrics for updating Security Automation equipment and applications.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of medium/large-scale automation projects.
  • Foster a culture of innovation by staying up-to-date with new trends, technologies, and advanced automation systems.
  • Leadership and Team Management
  • Lead site security automation projects ensuring timely completion and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on technology projects to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Mentor team members to drive process excellence and efficiency.
  • Performance Evaluation
  • Establish performance metrics for evaluating automation and technology initiatives.
  • Prioritize process gaps in automation and technology initiatives and drive initiatives to address these gaps.
  • Evaluate and improve security operations including Access Control, Traffic Management, Patrolling & Surveillance, Control Room Operations.

 

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation or related field.
  • Postgraduate degree in Business Administration (Operations).
  • Preferable certifications: Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE), Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA) certification, Physical Security Professional (PSP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Industrial Security professional certifications.
  • Experience
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in automation, national operations for technology with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with designing and executing medium/large-scale automation projects.
  • Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive results-oriented projects.
