Business Solutions Expert Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Expert to provide day-to-day support for our procurement and finance modules. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in Coupa or other P2P systems.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions. They will be responsible for managing user access, roles, and permissions within Coupa, supporting integration between Coupa and other enterprise systems, and assisting in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.

In addition to technical skills, the candidate should possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support for Coupa procurement and finance modules
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical and functional issues
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Coupa
  • Support integration between Coupa and other enterprise systems
  • Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in Coupa or other P2P systems
  • Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
  • Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Coupa certifications or training
  • Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices
