The role of the Technical Solutions Architect is to provide technical expertise and guidance on the design, development, and implementation of secure remote access and digital workspace solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern remote work challenges and the ability to articulate the advantages and disadvantages of different solutions based on real-world examples.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement secure remote access and digital workspace solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Provide technical training to partner sales and pre-sales teams.
  • Conduct interactive demonstrations remotely or physically.
  • Prepare competitive study documents and architecture documents.
  • Manage customer expectations and demonstrate a strong follow-up on customer inquiries.
  • Create knowledgebase around the product, including articles, tutorial videos creation, FAQs, and best practices documents.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

">
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in solution designing and managing secure remote access and digital workspace solutions.
  • Deep technical knowledge and real-world usage of application and operating system environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, Networking concepts, DNS, DHCP, basic routing protocols, Virtual Private networks, Active Directory, and other directory services.
  • Sound knowledge of security products such as firewalls, VPN, ZNTA, CASB, SASE, Identity federations, etc.
  • Good understanding of security threats and risk management.
  • Ability to map customer requirements to company products.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Pre-sales experience in a startup environment is desirable. Prior knowledge of Accops products and a good understanding of Windows Server/Windows 10/RDS license are also preferred.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) is a must. Clarity of thought leadership skills, proactive, self-motivated, logical bent of mind (Analytical), team player, flexible/adaptable.
