As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, handling various tasks to support productivity and efficiency. You will oversee all office functions, perform essential clerical duties, manage email correspondence, and coordinate meetings and events.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Maintain a tidy workspace, manage supplies, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Clerical & Support Duties: Perform data entry, filing, photocopying, and handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Manage email, answer calls professionally, and serve as the main point of contact.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes. Assist in organizing company events and team gatherings.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book and manage travel arrangements for staff, including flights, hotel reservations, and ground transportation.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
  • Soft Skills: Organizational skills, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
