Job Title: Financial Operations Leader

This role offers the opportunity to lead financial operations in a multinational company with an excellent culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strict adherence to IFRS and GAAP, ensuring timely completion of financial close processes.
  • Ensure meticulous maintenance of general ledger activities, reconciliations, and adjustments.
  • Prepare insightful financial reports and dashboards to support senior leadership decision-making.
  • Develop and implement internal controls, processes, and policies to safeguard organizational assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with business goals.
  • Innovate and streamline financial processes, leveraging technology for improved efficiency.
  • Drive process improvements, cost savings, and support new business initiatives.
  • Identify and report to the Finance Lead issues or unusual situations, providing recommendations for corrective action.
  • Retail Store Compliance to shops & establishment, trade license, Music License etc.
  • Timely submission of global reporting like Sox filings, recurring reports etc.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and assessing financial risks, implementing measures to minimize their impact.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS), tax regulations, and other relevant laws.

The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in finance, including experience with IFRS and GAAP, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A Certified Accountant (CA) designation is preferred.
