Real Estate Private Equity Associate

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with around 3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or financial advisory. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in evaluating investment opportunities, supporting deal execution, and managing portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and execute strategic investment initiatives
  • Develop comprehensive financial models, valuations, and sensitivity analyses to support business decisions
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial, operational, and market analysis to identify potential opportunities and risks
  • Support the structuring, negotiation, and execution of equity and debt investments to drive business growth
  • Manage and monitor portfolio company performance to ensure optimal results
  • Identify and support value creation initiatives within portfolio companies to enhance overall performance
  • Sourcing and research of new investment opportunities through industry mapping, networking, and market research
  • Prepare high-quality investment memoranda and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
  • Collaborate effectively with senior team members, advisors, and portfolio company management teams to achieve common goals
  • Maintain excellent investor relations through timely reporting and effective communication

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; CFA or MBA is an asset
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or financial advisory
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven individual with strong attention to detail
