Real Estate Private Equity Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented investment professional with around 3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or financial advisory.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and support deal execution through thorough research and due diligence.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, valuations, and sensitivity analyses to inform investment decisions.
- Conduct detailed financial, operational, and market analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Support the structuring, negotiation, and execution of equity and debt investments to achieve optimal returns.
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; advanced degrees such as CFA or MBA are advantageous.
- At least 3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or financial advisory.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; programming knowledge is a plus.
- Flexible remote work arrangement with preference for candidates based in India.
