Job Description:

As a seasoned Senior Staff Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our team's success. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our ranks and contribute their expertise in CMDB/Asset Management consulting roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional results by thoroughly understanding functional requirements and analyzing client needs in the context of the project.
  • Develop comprehensive solutions for defined functional and non-functional requirements, defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize them.
  • Implement design methodologies and toolsets, empowering application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
  • Lead/support UAT and production rollouts, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Create, understand, and validate WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, justifying decisions taken.
  • Address issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Provide constructive feedback to team members and set clear expectations.
  • Assist the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.
  • Develop solutions to any issue raised during code/design review and justify the decision taken.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management workflows, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to mentor team members to meet client needs.
