About this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to lead our finance team. This individual will be responsible for driving financial discipline, compliance, and process excellence across the organization.
- Financial Planning & Reporting
- Oversee accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, management information reports, and dashboards.
- Partner with business teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- E nsure compliance with accounting standards.
- Controllership & Compliance
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors for smooth audits and reviews.
- Process Excellence & Governance
- Drive automation and digitization of financial processes to improve efficiency.
- Monitor cash flows, working capital, and financial risk management.
- Establish governance mechanisms for financial discipline across all business verticals.
- Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA or MBA with 1–8 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong background in controllership, accounting, compliance, and reporting.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Expertise in financial systems and automation tools.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
