Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Continuous Improvement Program Lead to play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance organizational goals and strategic plans.

This position involves working closely with senior directors, service delivery teams, and other business units to design policy, procedures, trainings, and resources for the team.

  • Familiarity with review vendor experience is preferred
  • Understanding of electronically stored information (ESI) concepts related to legal matters
  • Administration of document review databases, including Relativity
  • Familiarity with analytics and TAR/AI technologies

The ideal candidate will be hands-on with trainings, program creation and implementation, reporting, and website design, creation, and management. Key responsibilities include managing multiple concurrent projects, maintaining excellent time management skills, working independently and as a team, keeping detailed records of tasks, providing outstanding team support, being an effective communicator, and adapting to diverse eDiscovery needs.

The successful candidate will also demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, issue spotting and creative problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with others as a team.
