Key Finance Role

The Audit Team is a crucial operation finance group responsible for controlling Amazon's transportation cost through effective internal & external system strengthening.

This is a senior position requiring ownership of large-scale projects to improve processes, drive compliance and maintain high standards in operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, assess and prioritize potential risks across the organization.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  • Lead strategic planning cycles in partnership with senior leaders. Drive key reporting mechanisms including business reviews.
  • Gain a deep understanding of operational processes and controls supporting 3P carrier invoice auditing.
  • Collaborate with the audit team on policies, standard operating procedures and internal controls.
  • Monitor and report to enhance efficiencies, compliance policies and risk management.
  • Influence teams across departments, challenging proposed solutions while advocating for customer-centric approaches.
  • Investigate process failures, question assumptions and work towards solving root causes.
  • Build strong relationships with multiple teams at Amazon to drive process improvements.
