Retail Sales Executive Job Overview

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by greeting customers warmly and responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner.

  • Discuss services and products offered, educating customers on what we offer.
  • Provide customers with product information, including pricing, specifications, and demonstrations.
  • Assist customers with wrapping and bagging their purchases.
  • Gather customer details and create customer codes.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Report to Store Manager for day-to-day activity and any other needful.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Degree/Diploma or equivalent in any stream.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
  • Knowledge of sales principles.
  • Relevant product knowledge.
  • Experience in a retail, customer service or sales environment.
  • Good communication skills - English.
  • Customer service orientation.
