Software Engineer - Search and NLP

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will design and implement software solutions that integrate search and natural language processing (NLP) technologies.

  • You will work on developing and integrating APIs for search, chat, and workflow automation with various data sources.
  • Develop robust solutions across the stack, including query understanding, document processing, and adapting models to specific organizational domains.
  • Create new signals to personalize and improve search results, combining large language models (LLMs) and traditional search engines to answer complex organizational questions.
  • Automate business processes by orchestrating multi-step workflows and building agents that synthesize and act on enterprise data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and deliver impactful features.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C++ for building production-ready code and machine learning models.
  • Expertise in search, NLP, recommendation systems, or similar large-scale ML technologies.
  • Strong analytical and data-handling skills, with the ability to design and evaluate experiments that influence product direction.
  • Experience working in customer-focused, cross-functional, and collaborative engineering environments.
