As a skilled software engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable back-end services primarily using Django and FastAPI.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable back-end services.
  • Building and managing RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services.
  • Ensuring efficient database design, writing optimized queries, and managing migrations.
  • Collaborating with frontend engineers to ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.
  • Working closely with clients to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Additional responsibilities include participating in client meetings, communicating technical trade-offs and progress, troubleshooting, optimizing, and improving system performance and reliability, as well as contributing to improving deployment and scaling processes.

Highly effective communication skills are required to communicate blockers and solutions clearly across teams and stakeholders. Experience with GitHub is also necessary for version control, branching, and collaboration.
