Excel Trainer Position

As an advanced Excel trainer, you will be responsible for imparting comprehensive training and monitoring the student learning process to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-depth training on IT concepts and Microsoft Excel functionalities.
  • Teach students hardware and software knowledge, including computer components, operating systems, and application software.
  • Instruct students on page layout, print, headers, footers, mail merge, and other essential features in Microsoft Word.
  • Train students in basic internet skills, such as web browsing, email creation, online shopping, and more.
  • Introduce students to cloud storage services like Google Drive and OneDrive.
  • Teach students how to use online meeting tools like WebEx and Skype.
  • Train students on remote desktop tools, including TeamViewer, AnyDesk, and Ammyy.
  • Provide expert-level training in Microsoft Excel, covering topics like cell references, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, power pivots, SUMIF, COUNTIF, IF, OR, AND functions, and data validation.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree.
  • At least one year of experience as a faculty member or trainer.
  • Relevant industry experience (1-3 years) or a strong desire to pursue a career in teaching.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to demonstrate patience and perseverance.
  • Good knowledge and practical experience in soft skill training and personality development.
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and counsel students.
  • A liking for teaching as a career.
  • Prior experience as a faculty member, trainer, or instructor is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Student enrollment and placement for the course or batch are essential responsibilities.
