Scrum master :

We are seeking an experienced Scrum master to lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, stakeholder communication, and risk management. This role requires excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and execution skills to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within
scope, and within budget. Knowledge of agile development process. Strong background in product
environments to lead complex, high-impact initiatives across the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with Product Managers to translate product strategy into executable project plans

- Lead cross-functional Agile teams and drive all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders.

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.

- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

- Monitor and report on project progress to executive leadership.

- Ensure adherence to internal processes and best practices.

- Implement and improve project governance processes to ensure consistency and predictability across all SaaS projects.

- Manage stakeholder communication including regular status updates, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.

- Drive post-launch success through operational readiness and cross-functional enablement, including customer onboarding and support documentation.

- Mentor junior PMs and contribute to building a center of excellence for SaaS project management.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, MBA, or related field (Master's preferred).

- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and scaled frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.

- PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification is preferred.

- Minimum 8-10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully.

- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Preferred having product company experience.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience managing Agile/Scrum or hybrid projects.

- Domain expertise in [IT /Aviation].

- Change management experience.

- Familiarity with customer lifecycle management and SaaS growth levers (e.g., NPS, expansion, retention).
