Job Overview :

  • We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead our hiring efforts and drive business growth through strategic recruitment initiatives.

About the Role :

  • This critical position will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent and meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sourcing leadership roles across technology skills for various businesses & functions
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to identify current & future hiring needs
  • Negotiating compensation & benefits, making recommendations to hiring managers, and closing on candidate offers
  • Maintaining & updating candidate databases using ATS and candidate management systems
  • Adhering to recruitment SLA's; ensuring delivery within timeline

Requirements :

  • Graduate / Postgraduate degree in HR or relevant field
  • At-least 7 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition function of which leadership hiring of minimum of 4 years is mandatory
  • Expertise in technology, leadership and specialized hiring such as Data Engineering, Cyber security, Full Stack Engineering, Cloud, Engineering, Infrastructure, Architects and Domain Experts in Banking
  • Experience in entire recruitment lifecycle for a Banking / Consulting / Financial / ITES / captives is essential
  • Ability to conduct interviews with hands on experience on structured & competency based selection processes
  • Familiarity with HR applicant tracking system, recruiting software, HRIS
