Regional Recruitment Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Recruitment Manager to lead our student recruitment efforts in West India.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within EdTech or education consulting, as well as experience leading high-performing teams to exceed recruitment targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies across West India, aligning with the company's national goals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a strong portfolio of recruitment agents and partners to drive B2B student enrolments. Additionally, they will lead and mentor a team of Business Development Managers across West India.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior leadership to define quarterly and annual plans aligned with business priorities.
- Conduct regular agent visits, trainings, and performance reviews to optimize outcomes.
- Monitor individual and team performance to ensure consistent achievement of enrolment targets.
Responsibilities include strategic leadership, agent relationship management, and team leadership. The successful candidate will bring a robust agent network and hands-on experience leading high-performing teams.
