Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from initial job postings to candidate screening and selection. This role involves coordinating with hiring managers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of recruitment processes.

  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.\
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs and improve time-to-hire metrics.\
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and evaluations to ensure accurate and unbiased selection of candidates.\
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate data, job postings, and interview results.\
  • Collaborate with HR teams to develop and maintain a positive employer brand, improving employee retention and reducing turnover rates.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.\
  • Provide exceptional customer service to hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient communication throughout the recruitment process.\
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives, aligning recruitment efforts with business goals and priorities.\
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to employment, diversity, equity, and inclusion.\
  • Identify areas for improvement in recruitment processes and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.\
  • Develop and manage budgets to optimize recruitment expenses, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial constraints.\
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR teams, and leadership, to drive collaborative partnerships and shared success.\
  • Represent the organization in external events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the company's employer brand and attract top talent.\
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in recruitment, talent management, and HR-related areas.\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Director to support the achievement of business objectives and organizational success.\
