System Administrator Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our global team and contribute to the stability, security, performance, and scalability of our technological infrastructure.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Server Management: Monitor servers (Linux, Windows, cloud and on-premise) for optimal performance and availability.
  • Cloud Administration: Manage environments in AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, focusing on scalability and high availability to support global operations.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement, maintain, and monitor security systems, backups, and disaster recovery to protect data and infrastructure.
  • Automation and Scripting: Automate administration processes using scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and other tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  • Network and Security Monitoring: Monitor networks, firewalls, VPNs, and traffic to ensure connectivity and security, and conduct periodic audits on performance, security, and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (not mandatory if experience is proven).
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a SysAdmin or similar role, with strong knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian) and Windows Server.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), solid knowledge of networks, protocols, VPN, DNS, Load Balancers, and experience with monitoring and logging (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix).
  • Languages: Fluent English, with proficiency in automation scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform).
Nice-to-Have:
  • Blockchain and Web3 Experience: Experience in blockchain and Web3 technologies, certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, RHCSA, CompTIA Security+), and experience in FinTech or digital payments environments.
  • Certifications and Training: Certifications supported by the company, continuous training and development opportunities, and ability to work on large-scale global projects.
