Job Title: Technical Expert in Product Support

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Expert to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer issues and drive them to closure with accountability.
  • Be a technical expert in product upgrades and hotfix lifecycles.
  • Effective troubleshooting and logical reasoning skills are required.
  • Ability to handle escalated situations efficiently.
  • Scale as an individual contributor quickly.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a team player attitude is essential.
  • Maintain knowledge base and contribute by creating documents for new issues faced.
  • Pursue automation through coding or leading developers to build systems that run smoothly in production.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Linux (various distributions) and Windows Server environments.
  • 3–4 years of experience in Networking, Security, and Certificate Management platforms.
  • Strong background in managing, deploying, and applying hotfixes/patches for applications and web services.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
  • Experience working with NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred).
  • Practical knowledge of shell scripting or Python for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in Cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills for effective customer and stakeholder interaction.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, RHEL, AWS, or Azure are preferred.

Ambition:

  • Devops CI/CD pipeline experience
  • Supporting/troubleshooting java developed applications/products
