Job Title: AI Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI engineering specialist to join our team. As an AI engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop intelligent agents that automate workflows across global supply chains and corporate operations.
  • Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and multi-agent workflows using LangChain or LlamaIndex.
  • Implement evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, factuality, and robustness.
  • Fine-tune and serve large language models (LLMs) for sustainability-specific use cases, ensuring speed and relevance.
  • Leverage vector databases for context injection and document grounding.
  • Deploy inference stacks and build modular, scalable agent architectures.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience building with large language models, GenAI frameworks, or RAG systems.
  • Proficiency in Python, Transformers, and modern GenAI frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, evaluate, and ship agentic systems using real-world data.
  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering, context handling, and model evaluation.
  • Exposure to MLOps workflows — model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
