About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and business-oriented professional to drive business growth, understand the competitive landscape, and provide solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand current business scenario and competitive landscape
- Suggest strategic solutions for business growth
- Resolve customer technical problems and complaints promptly
- Collaborate with sales and technical service to provide complete solutions to customers
- Lead interactions in presales discussions of technically complex products
- Develop value selling skills
- Conduct customer trainings as and when required
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide effective solutions
- Presentation of product portfolio at key conferences and seminars
Requirements:
- PhD in Biology with 2-3 years of experience in commercial organization or MSc with 6-7 years of experience in related field is preferable
- Previous successful customer-facing experience is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Ability to quickly learn and master additional software applications desirable
