Job Title: Power Electronics Sector Manager",{“title”: “General Manager”}

We are a cutting-edge technology firm, focusing on the development of innovative power electronics solutions. Our team is working on designing and implementing advanced power converters using Medium AC Voltage to medium DC voltage at 1000s of Amps with inbuilt Active Front End (AFE) converters and face shifted full bridge(PSFB) configuration to leverage the fast switching and low losses of SiC devices for high efficiency and power density using MMC topology and IGBT.

As a sector manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, operations, and product development within the power electronics sector. This role involves leading diverse functions including engineering, product roadmaps, market strategy, risk management, and team development to achieve business objectives and drive innovation.

The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of power semiconductor devices, embedded systems, control algorithms, and hardware design. He/she should also be skilled in leading organizational development and driving change, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse interests and agendas.

We plan to build several prototypes for different applications, develop design and specifications for third-party manufacturers. You will develop vendor relationships and assure process and product quality.
