Project Manager Role

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead our Professional Services team. The key objectives of this role are:

  • To ensure successful and consistent delivery of software solutions to customers across various industries.
  • To effectively manage projects by securing committed revenue and maintaining healthy margins.
  • To implement effective project management strategies to secure additional revenue for the organization.

The Project Manager will play a crucial role in the growth of our Services practice, help implement best practices and new methodologies, and ensure that projects are delivered as per agreed scope, schedule, and budget, resulting in higher revenue and maintaining healthy margins for the organization.

This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of customers and projects that vary in size, complexity, industry domain, and use-case across geographies.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Implementing projects using established best practices and methodologies.
  2. Leading a project team of functional and technical consultants (internal & external).
  3. Developing a good understanding of software products to engage with clients in a knowledgeable and confident manner.
  4. BUILDING TRUSTED CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT LIFECYCLE.
  5. Interpreting commercial and contractual terms and managing projects as per agreed terms and conditions of the contract.
  6. SUPPORTING COUNTRY SERVICES LEADERS, PRACTICE LEADS, AND SALES TEAMS ON PRE-SALES ACTIVITY AND PROPOSALS (INCL. STATEMENTS OF WORK APPROVALS/ PROJECT MANAGEMENT ESTIMATES).
  7. Adhering to PMO governance and project reporting using project management tools.

Required Qualifications Include:

  • 15+ years of working experience.
  • 8+ years of effective project manager experience.
  • Software implementation experience in project management/technical delivery management.
  • A deep understanding of risk, fraud, or originations, customer onboarding domains.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certifications like Scrum Master, SAFE.

Desired Skills:

  • Ability to own and carry out projects from start to finish with strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with internal & external teams and varying levels of management.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Hindi, Marathi optional.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
