The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, with a focus on both above-the-line (ATL) strategies and digital marketing initiatives. They will enhance the brand's presence across traditional and digital channels, ensuring consistent messaging and effective audience engagement.

  • Campaign Development: The ideal candidate will execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives, utilizing both ATL (TV, radio, print) and digital marketing channels.
  • Above-the-Line (ATL) Marketing: They will coordinate with creative agencies to develop impactful TV, radio, print, POS, and retail merchandising creatives.
  • Digital Marketing & Optimization: They will develop and maintain a content calendar for digital platforms, ensuring content consistency and audience engagement.

Required Skills:

  • Technical: Proficiency in Excel, Campaign Management (ATL and Digital), Social Media Strategy and Management, Content Creation and Strategy, Data Analytics and Performance Tracking, Budgeting and Resource Allocation for Marketing, Cross-Channel Marketing Integration.
  • Behavioral: Brand Storytelling, Adaptability to Market Trends, Analytical and Data-Driven Decision Making, Written and Oral Communication, Creativity and Innovation in Marketing Approaches, Detail Orientation for Brand Consistency, Influencing and Persuasion.

This role requires a team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
