Job Title: Relationship Manager - Bancassurance

Description:

  • Generate leads from assigned banks and cross-sell financial products to customers.
  • Develop customer relationships through business development, relationship management, and sales completion.
  • Explore customer financial needs in life-related investment and insurance areas and select appropriate products to meet these needs.
  • Candidates with experience in Life/Health/GI Insurance are preferred.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any insurance channel.
  • Insurance or Banking experience is mandatory.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers through resource utilization of bank databases, footfalls, and generated prospects.
  • Support other Relationship Managers and the bank sales team by coaching them on company knowledge, products, services, and selling skills.
  • Model relevant behavior and accompany team members on client visits.

This role plays a critical part in developing customer relationships and driving sales growth through bancassurance channels. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and provide expert advice to clients.
