Job Title: Strategic Support Professional

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to handle human resource and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in recruitment, employee management, and office administration, along with good communication and organisational skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely documentation.
  • Implement effective attendance and leave management systems.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Handle various administrative tasks including filing, correspondence, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure adequate office supplies and facilities for the workplace.
  • Greet and assist visitors/clients professionally.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and communication efficiently.
  • Contribute to creating a welcoming and productive work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Fresh Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresher / Intern/ 0-1 years of relevant HR/Admin experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
