Job Title: Lead Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

This role involves researching and engaging potential business leads in the USA market. The candidate will support the Business Development team by building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients using Sales Navigator and other tools.
  • Manage a database of qualified leads with accurate contact and company information.
  • Send personalized connection requests and introductory messages to prospects.
  • Track and manage conversations with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to align prospecting strategies with business goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within the U.S. logistics and freight forwarding space.
  • Prepare and share weekly and monthly reports on prospecting activities, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales support (freshers with strong knowledge can apply).
  • Familiarity with Sales Navigator and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently during U.S. night hours.
  • Attention to detail, with strong organizational and research skills.
