System Developer Position

This position focuses on providing mainframe development solutions using Natural and JCL.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting large-scale complex mainframe production systems, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and support mainframe applications using Natural programming, TSO/ISPF, JCL, and DB2.
  • Perform application support tasks like system support, security reviews, and maintenance tasks.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation such as technical specifications, process workflow, and database record and field specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and meet client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in Natural ADABAS and a deep understanding of mainframe systems.
  • Foundational experience with large-scale, complex mainframe production systems.
  • Hands-on experience in design, implementation, and production support of applications.
  • Strong mainframe development background in design, analysis, and coding.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working in a global environment.
