We're currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Mainframe- Developer - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Mainframe Developer- C11) based in Pune, India. In this role, you're expected to:

• Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts, and basic knowledge of other technical areas to identify and define necessary system enhancements, including using script tools and analyzing/interpreting code.

• Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend programming solutions, install, and support customer exposure systems

• Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications.
• Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues, as well as conduct testing and debugging
• Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts

As a successful candidate, you'd ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Hand on Mainframe Developer
• 4-8 years of strong mainframe experience with COBOL/JCL/CICS/VSAM/ DB2
• Strong design and development skills in the above mentioned technical stack Financial services domain experience
• Excellent communication, analytical skills and problem-solving experience for implementation, debugging and testing
• Component Design/ Coding/ Unit Testing/ Debugging
• Work proactively & independently to address project requirements, and articulate issues/challenges with enough lead time to address project delivery risks
• Able to work as part of a virtual team in a culturally diverse background
• Good time management skills
