Job Overview

This role oversees the governance and maintenance of material master data. The team is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency in ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a team of experts to maintain material master data.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the team.
  • Monitor and improve data accuracy, completeness, and consistency in ERP systems.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Support projects and stakeholder collaboration.
Requirements

This position requires:

  • Post-Graduation in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, IT, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 10 years overall experience with 5 years in MDM-related functions and 2 years in people manager roles.
  • Experience in managing operations teams and leadership skills.
  • Expertise in SAP Material Master Data (MM) and SAP MDG.

  • Ability to multitask, follow through on actions agreed, and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in written and oral English.
