The Guest Experience Coordinator is a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This dynamic individual is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every guest feels valued and comfortable throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Interaction: Extend a genuine smile and a friendly welcome to every guest, making them feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
  • Reservation Management: Efficiently manage reservations, maintain an organized seating plan, and assist with waiting lists to ensure seamless service.
  • Order Taking and Service: Accurately take food and beverage orders, communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams, and provide timely service that exceeds guest expectations.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve dishes and drinks efficiently, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards at all times.
  • Cash Handling and Guest Feedback: Handle billing, process payments, and address any guest concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Cleanliness and Setup/Closing: Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas; assist in setup and closing activities to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Team Collaboration: Support team members and work collaboratively to create a seamless and pleasant dining atmosphere.
  • Health, Safety, and Operational Standards: Uphold high standards of health, safety, and restaurant operational standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or restaurant/hospitality environment is desirable.
  • Skills: Strong communication, inter-personal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability: Ability to multitask, remain organized, and stay calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
