Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to build and grow our community across digital platforms and offline events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute initiatives to engage our audience, onboard brand partners, and promote health & wellness experts.
- Plan and host events, webinars, and workshops that drive member participation and loyalty.
- Foster open communication channels to gather feedback and create a sense of belonging.
- Collaborate with teams to align community goals with company objectives.
- Track community metrics (engagement, growth, sentiment) and optimize strategies accordingly.
Necessary Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in community building, partnerships, or engagement roles.
- Strong network and experience working with influencers, wellness experts, or lifestyle brands is an asset.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills are required.
- Possession for health, clean-label living, or food wellness is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
