  • You will be accountable for building our local employer brand and inspiring associates to deliver on the business and technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an integrated communications strategy and annual plan to support the technology agenda.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement strategies and creative solutions.
  • Apply user-experience design methodologies to create groundbreaking experiences for internal and external audiences.
  • Lead a data-driven approach to engage associates and enhance internal communications digital platforms.
  • Integrate with external marketing, internal communications, technology events, and community activities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience leading public relations or communications strategy.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication.
  • 7+ years of Public Relations leadership experience in the technology sector.
