Visual Communication Associate

This role is responsible for creating photorealistic mockups of apparel items, working with cross-functional teams to bring design concepts to life, and ensuring high standards in visual communication.

As a Visual Communication Associate, you will be the key to translating design requirements into realistic mockups, aligning with brand standards and aesthetics. You will work closely with graphic designers, product developers, and marketing teams to create digital assets for various platforms.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field and 2-4 years of experience in mockup design or a related role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator, is essential, along with strong color theory knowledge and attention to detail.

This position requires excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to feedback and revisions are also crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate, photorealistic mockups of apparel items, including t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, and accessories.
  • Work with graphic designers, product developers, and marketing teams to translate design concepts into realistic mockups.
  • Organize and maintain mockup templates and design files for easy access and version control.
  • Ensure all mockups align with brand standards, design requirements, and color accuracy for presentation across multiple digital platforms.
  • Create high-quality digital assets for marketing, e-commerce, and social media teams.
  • Revise mockups based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring high standards and alignment with brand aesthetics.
  • Stay up-to-date on design and apparel industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in mockup design or related work in an apparel or fashion brand.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with 3D design software is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, fabric types, and garment construction.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to replicate designs accurately on different apparel items.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills, with a collaborative approach to feedback and revisions.
