Visual Content Specialist

About this role: We're seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Content Specialist to lead the development of visual content across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will be imaginative, trend-aware, and capable of managing multiple projects seamlessly.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer who can create high-quality visuals for digital, social, print, and campaign assets. You'll have the freedom to bring fresh, imaginative ideas to life while working closely with our marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging visuals tailored for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, typography, and visual styles to ensure all designs align with brand tone and guidelines
  • Design and edit animations and motion graphics to enhance campaigns and tell compelling stories
  • Maintain quality standards and deliver projects within timelines, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets across campaigns
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of design strategies and incorporate feedback from social media teams and clients promptly
  • Mentor and guide junior designers/interns when required, fostering a culture of growth and learning
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (must)
  • Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects, with skills in motion graphics and animation
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
  • Socially active and trend-savvy with strong visual communication skills, able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Must have own laptop and access to necessary software and tools
