Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative leader in data science to spearhead our organization's most ambitious initiatives. This role involves driving end-to-end data science projects from conception to deployment, leveraging advanced exploratory data analysis, and building deployable machine learning models.

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge ML and Generative AI models that drive business outcomes.
  • Guide and mentor junior data scientists in technical delivery and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into actionable AI solutions.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of deployed models.

Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in Python and popular ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
  • Deep understanding of NLP, LLM fine-tuning, transformers, and GenAI frameworks.
  • Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, feature engineering, and large-scale data handling.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
