Job Title: Senior Manager for Credit Portfolio Management

The Senior Manager for Credit Portfolio Management plays a pivotal role in overseeing the management of the organization's credit portfolio. This individual is responsible for leading a team to monitor the credit migration in coordination with the Risk Management team, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies, practices, and regulatory guidelines, preparing and updating internal policy and procedure changes.
  • Exercise managerial responsibilities, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and evaluation.
  • Review processes related to reviewer management, work assignment, and resource capacity, escalating as necessary.
  • Identify process improvements and efficiencies to support business goals through issue analysis and recommendation.
  • Monitor daily queue dashboards and production reports, addressing production and pipeline management issues, serving as an escalation point for SLA-related concerns.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in analytical or data manipulation tools (e.g., SAS, SQL, R, SPSS).
  • Background in econometric and statistical modeling or application risk scoring.
  • Experience in big data with knowledge of probabilities, distributions, decision trees, and regression models.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Able to derive patterns, trends, and insights, perform risk-reward trade-off analyses, and connect these analytics to business impacts.
  • Demonstrate quantitative, presentation, and analytic skills.
  • Communicate effectively through written and verbal means.
