Job Opportunity

The position of a Lead Developer is open at our company. This role requires an individual to oversee the development team and ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Core PHP Development: We are seeking someone with strong understanding of core PHP and object-oriented programming principles.
  • CodeIgniter (CI) - The ideal candidate will have experience working with both legacy and modern versions of the CodeIgniter framework.
  • Python Proficiency - Strong proficiency in Python is essential for this role.
  • Database Management - Hands-on experience in designing, optimizing, and managing MySQL databases is required.
  • Javascript Knowledge - Solid knowledge of JavaScript for both client-side functionality and integration with backend services is necessary.
  • Code Review Expertise - Experience in performing peer code reviews, ensuring code quality, readability, and adherence to best practices is expected.
  • Unit Testing Skills - Familiarity with writing and maintaining unit tests to ensure code reliability and regression prevention is required.
  • Collaboration - Proficient with Git for version control, branching, and collaborative development is necessary.
  • API Integration - Experience working with RESTful APIs for both consuming and creating endpoints is expected.
  • Performance Tuning - Understanding of performance tuning on both frontend and backend is necessary.
What You'll Do

The Lead Developer will work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality products. Key responsibilities include reviewing code for quality, maintainability, and performance, identifying bottlenecks and bugs, and devising solutions to mitigate and address them.

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of core PHP and object-oriented programming principles.
