About the Role

We are seeking an experienced capital markets professional to lead transactions, advise clients and manage end-to-end capital market operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Bonds and other capital market deals, along with a deep understanding of regulatory compliance.

  • Lead capital market transactions including IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Preferential Allotments and Bonds.
  • Advise clients on equity fundraising strategies, market positioning and transaction structuring.
  • Ensure all deals comply with SEBI, RBI and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage end-to-end deal execution from due diligence, drafting offer documents and coordinating with regulators to liaising with merchant bankers, legal advisors and auditors.
  • Conduct financial analysis, valuations and transaction feasibility studies to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, merchant bankers, law firms and intermediaries.
  • Stay updated on capital market trends, regulatory changes and market developments.
  • Support in preparing pitch decks, investor presentations and transaction reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver seamless execution.
Qualifications & Experience
  • CA/Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Commerce.
  • 5-6 years of proven experience in capital markets, investment banking or financial advisory.
  • Hands-on deal execution experience in IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Bonds or similar transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, listing guidelines and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, research and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Established network with market participants, including investors and intermediaries, is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
