Key Strategic Partner

About This Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Strategic Partner to work closely with our leadership team. As a trusted advisor, you will drive strategic execution at scale, supporting decision-making and driving cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strategic Partnering: Work closely with our CEO and leadership team to shape and execute organizational strategy.
  • Anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Business & Financial Leadership: Support P&L oversight with analytical rigor and business acumen.
  • Drive efficiency, monitor business performance, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate collaboration across teams.
  • Build trust and influence across senior leaders to ensure seamless orchestration of priorities.
  • Change Management & Digital Transformation: Lead technology-driven initiatives that enhance agility and scalability.
  • Implement processes and systems that align with our digital-first vision.
  • Leadership Enablement: Prepare executive presentations, communications, and reports for stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic insights and business cases for growth initiatives.
  • Organizational Culture & Communication: Act as a cultural integrator, helping navigate nuances across teams.
  • Ensure clarity, transparency, and alignment in internal communication at all levels.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in P&L management or strategic projects.
  • Experience in leading teams or driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Digital native, with proven ability to adapt to and drive technology-enabled change.
  • Strong ability to influence without authority and build trust across senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in corporate communication dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Deep business acumen with an innate understanding of growth levers.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and execution capabilities through past projects or business success.
  • Maturity to navigate corporate culture and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
