Main responsibilities include:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive process improvement strategy to drive business excellence.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and streamline workflows, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by working closely with various departments to promote change management and employee engagement.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to staff on CI methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of improvement initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Project Management: Lead CI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate the benefits of CI initiatives to stakeholders at all levels, securing buy-in and promoting a culture of excellence.

In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our organization's competitiveness and responsiveness to market changes.

The estimated salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
