Salary
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
Clinical Operations Department Annual Business Plan
Collaborate with Senior Leadership, Director, and Associate Director to develop and execute the Clinical Operations Department's annual business plan.

Driving Operations Team Revenue
Responsible for driving the Operations Team's revenue growth, ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and billable targets are met while controlling costs and non-billable time.

Divisional Goals and Objectives
Develop and implement divisional goals, objectives, procedures, and reports that facilitate operational efficiency, high quality, and productivity levels aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

SLA Delivery Metrics
Exercise control over Service-Level Agreement (SLA) delivery metrics for document processing and queries, adhering to internal targets and client contractual expectations.

Operational Data Analysis
Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement, implementing timely corrective action plans in collaboration with senior leaders.

Team Leadership
Lead, direct, and coordinate all activities of the Operations Team, including annual performance reviews and career development road-mapping/succession planning.

Training and Development
Ensure Operations Team members receive robust induction, onboarding, and ongoing training to support them in carrying out their day-to-day roles while complying with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and global regulatory requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Project Specialists, Sales, Product, and IT, to benefit the Clinical Operations Department and the wider business.

Additional Responsibilities
Review Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Contracts, and Statements of Work (SOWs), assisting Sales and Customer Success management on costs for the Operations Team/Projects.
Assist in writing and editing SOPs to keep them current with process changes on department management, quality, and archival.
Accountable for time management, reporting, and performance metrics for global Operations teams.
Become an expert in various processing system platform features and functionality, working with senior Operation Leaders and Product Development to recommend new features and functionalities to improve the product and reduce manual activities.
Mentor the Operations Team to support operational excellence and embrace high-impact process improvements/optimizations, working in collaboration with colleagues across the division.
Taking a proactive role in learning about clients' industry, business needs, and company culture, educating the Operations team in turn.
Travel up to 25% internationally as required for staff training, client audits, client, and industry meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and provide solutions in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Superior written and spoken communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), particularly in manipulating and analyzing data and presenting in easily understood formats to support decision-making.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or equivalent.
Demonstrable track record of 'hands-on' operational leadership and management.
Experience of successfully managing change in an operational environment.
Demonstrates a strong flair for innovation to ensure continuous process improvement.
Excellent commercial awareness and business acumen.
