You will lead design, development, and deployment of advanced RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) based Gen AI solutions, possessing strong foundational knowledge in traditional machine learning and deep neural networks. Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning/LLM/Gen AI libraries and frameworks are essential.

  • Design and implement agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform tasks, make decisions, and interact with other systems or users effectively.
  • Evaluate and implement different embedding models and chunking strategies to optimize open-source models for specific tasks.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data collection, preprocessing, and management for AI applications.

Required skills and qualifications include total experience 13-15 years; Gen AI Experience – 5 + years and Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology.
