ServiceNow Lead Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow expert to lead and administer our ServiceNow instance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading and administering ServiceNow, with a strong understanding of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs, catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, SLAs, integrations with third-party systems, and metrics tracking.

About the Position:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, SLAs, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • They will also set up and track metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • In addition, they will lead instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes, as well as collaborate with HR, IT, and Facilities to define and streamline workflows.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to prepare for audits, create compliance documents, and train L1/L2 teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and administer ServiceNow instance.
  • Create and maintain catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, SLAs.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems.
  • Set up and track metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in leading and administering ServiceNow.
  • Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs.
  • Proficient in creating catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, SLAs, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Skilled in setting up and tracking metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Demonstrated leadership in instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with HR, IT, and Facilities to define and streamline workflows.
  • Experienced in audit preparation, compliance documentation, and training L1/L2 teams.
