Job Title: IT Service Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned IT service management professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional service excellence.

  • Leveraging over 10+ years of experience in managing IT service delivery, process governance, and continual improvement, this role requires a dynamic individual who can design and deliver structured training programs for graduate trainees on ITSM principles, ITIL practices, and service delivery models.
  • The ideal candidate will mentor and coach fresh graduates on incident, problem, change, release, and service request management, while also providing hands-on training in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management).
  • This key role involves reviewing trainee work in ticket handling, escalation processes, and SLA adherence, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Guided by industry standards, the successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape graduate onboarding, capability-building, and career path programs.
