Job Title: Senior HR Service Delivery Specialist Trainer
As a key member of the HR team, this role oversees end-to-end HR service delivery processes ensuring efficiency, compliance and employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR systems, service governance and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency accuracy and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR service delivery processes including onboarding, employee data management payroll coordination benefits administration and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws data privacy regulations and organizational HR policies.
- Optimize HR service platforms (Workday SuccessFactors Oracle HCM ServiceNow HRSD).
- Led and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive process efficiencies and employee experience enhancements.
- Analyze service metrics and prepare reports on SLA adherence case resolution and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with HR business partners COEs and leadership to align HR service delivery with organizational goals.
- Develop and deliver training programs to new hires and graduate trainees on HR processes systems and compliance.
- Handle complex HR service cases with professionalism and resolution focus.
